At Tiny Explorers Store, we want you and your little adventurers to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
